The Important Stuff

How We Work

In most cases, the client will only be required to meet our designers once, during the preliminary stage of the design process. After which, all correspondence will be done via email, so communication between client and designer are logged for easy future references. Of course, additional meetings can be arranged by either party, as and when required.

Client's Check List

To expedite the preliminary meeting, it is best to come prepared with the following information for your account handler:

  • A brief about your company along with your products and services.
  • What you hope to achieve with your choice of advertising method.
  • Your personal ideas of what you have in mind for your advertising needs and its direction.
  • Materials for your advertising needs, ie. text and images.
  • Your deadline.

Last But Not Least....

Once everything is in place and our quote is acceptable, a standard contract will be drawn up. We implement a "no barrier" policy where clients will enjoy a client-designer workflow, a direct contact privilege with their assigned account handler via phone or email without the need to go through the usual client-company-designer loop, which makes communication very convenient and efficient for all parties alike.
